Our experienced design team, working with Solidworks, provides an effective interface with the customer to interpret his requirements and provide detailed part drawings as well as assembly schematics.

Given the working conditions for the profile or system, assistance can be offered in material selection, the requirements for special performance such as the resistance to UV degradation, and the needs for a fire retardant rating. In the latter, whether the additive needs to be halogen free or not.

All tooling design and construction is done in-house to ensure accuracy and control lead-times. The initial tooling costs together with subsequent maintenance are borne by King Wai and the tool remains the property of the company. However, the customer will be expected to contribute towards the initial cost of the tool, which ensures that the production is done solely against the customer’s orders. Should the customer indicate that the profile is no longer to be ordered, the tool will be destroyed.
