King Wai Company Limited’s head office is in central Bangkok, Thailand with its main manufacturing facilities located in Chonburi, just 90km south east of the capital city via the new Bangkok – Chonburi Motorway.

Factory and Warehousing
King Wai Co Ltd operates from a 4,200 sq m (45,000 sq ft) factory in Chonburi and a 2,000 sq m (21,500 sq ft) warehouse in Bangkok. The factory is ideally situated, just 15 minutes from one of the nations main industrial trading estates and 40 minutes from the deep sea port of Laem Chabang.


Extrusion Capabilities
The plant contains a PVC compounding plant, 15 extrusion lines with multiple co-extrusion units as well as full supporting downstream and offline processing equipment.

The company is committed to producing the highest quality products. The quality assurance programme is based on ISO 9000 guidelines.


Environment
A responsible stance is taken on environmental issues. From a ‘Garden’ factory concept through good housekeeping, full recycling of cooling water and a modern pollution control system, the company ensures the minimum impact on the community around the factory. Also, the company has an active development programme to use waste materials such as wood fibre and rice husks in composite materials.
